Kimberly Neill grew up in Chicago where she was first exposed to home projects through her father and brother. Despite a keen interest in building from a young age, she was diverted by a marketing management career until 2002, when she joined Cottonwood Custom Builders.

Kimberly’s past career in marketing gave her the ample skills needed to be a successful project manager and estimator. Communication, problem-solving, and a personable approach keep Kimberly’s projects running smoothly and successfully.

Being Green Building Certified, Kimberly feels passionate about the environmental movement and sees no other option but to live responsibly on this planet. Working with CCBI has helped her foster these beliefs.

A welcomed green trend in some of her most recent projects has been more energy improvements, including solar roofs and windows that generate radiant heat.

While being a motivated team member, Kimberly always makes health and family a priority and enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, boating, and diving. She’s also a talented seamstress and can be seen wearing many of her own clothing designs, proving she is capable of threading the pieces together in all aspects of her life.
