West Boulder Addition and Renovation
This was a small but complicated project on a vintage original cottage near the base of Flagstaff. The addition almost doubled the size of the home and the budget was extremely tight. Most of the work on the existing house consisted of leveling and fixing numerous structural problems so the new finishes would last. Finishes were very nice, but also economical.

Colorado Green & Modern
This was a new house built after we deconstructed and recycled the existing house. Tax credit for the donated materials that were recycled more than paid for the labor to deconstruct. This house was designed to perfectly fit the site and maximize the view to adjacent Boulder open space. Materials selected for finishes were very green from the metal roofing to the local flagstone veneer from Masonville.
