This was a new house built after we deconstructed and recycled the existing house. Tax credit for the donated materials that were recycled more than paid for the labor to deconstruct. This house was designed to perfectly fit the site and maximize the view to adjacent Boulder open space. Materials selected for finishes were very green from the metal roofing to the local flagstone veneer from Masonville. House was designed by Harvey Hine Architects.
